What to expect—step by step:

1. Light Detangling + Lace-Safe Cleanse
We begin by gently separating strands with glide-enhancing products and wide-tooth combs—no tugging, no tearing. Just patience and precision.  Then, your unit is gently cleansed with a Lace-Safe Cleanse, removing residue without stripping the hair’s natural softness.  Note: If your unit arrives heavily tangled or without pretreatment, an additional detangling fee may apply. No need to worry—we only proceed with any additional fees your approval prior to service.

2. Ultra Rich Plant-Based Moisture-Infused Conditioning Treatment + Restoration Mask
We apply a salon quality rich, plant-based conditioning formula selected for your hair type. Your wig is infused with a nourishing, botanical-rich formula tailored to its texture. This trademark treatment deeply hydrates, restores shine, bounce, and smoothness—without synthetic buildup.  The mask is sealed in with gentle heat. This key extra step restores elasticity, moisture, and strength—ideal for brittle, overprocessed, or heavily styled hair.

3. Steam Infusion Therapy
Your crown is placed under a warm steam dome, allowing the treatment to fully absorb. This step unlocks maximum hydration, bounce, and smoothness.

4. Signature Roller Set Finish
Your unit is  gently air dried to reintroduce shape and body, and then classic rollers are used to reintroduce shape, volume, and softness. This step locks in movement and breathes new life into each strand.

5. Hairline Touch-Up + Baby Hair Refresh
We refine the lace, smooth the edges, and softly reset any baby hairs for a natural, clean look that blends beautifully with your skin tone.

6. Full Custom Restyling
From cut correction to curl pattern revitalization, your unit is reshaped and restyled with artistry. We bring back form, texture, and polish using safe heat and professional tailored techniques.

7. Final Polish + Silk Wrap Presentation
Your refreshed unit is treated with a lightweight anti-frizz serum, styled to perfection, and wrapped in silk to preserve its finish. We then photograph your wig in our video-recorded facility for tracking and transparency.

Once complete, you'll be notified that your crown is ready for pickup.  If we don’t hear back within one business day, your freshly wrapped wig will be mailed to the address on file—secure, safe, and stunning.

We’ll confirm the exact care plan, price, and estimated turnaround time.

2. Drop Off or Ship In Your Wig
You’ll receive step-by-step care instructions. Once you approve your plan and submit payment, we get started.

3. We Get to Work
Every wig is treated with top-tier products, gentle technique, and expert eyes—restoring your crown with luxury from root to tip.

Processing Time: 7–15 business days

Please note: this timing is in addition to any original wig unit processing time. If further info is needed, we’ll reach out before beginning.  Because restoration isn’t just about appearance—
