How do I send in my wig?
After booking your service, you’ll receive instructions to safely ship your wig to our certified WigMD facility. We provide care instructions, a return timeline, and a concierge follow-up when your crown is ready to come home.
How long does it take?
Most Wig Spa services are completed within 7–10 business days from the time your unit is received. Rush options are available for select services. You’ll receive tracking updates and concierge support throughout.
Can I combine services or request something custom?
