  • Personalized Consultation: Every custom wig order begins with a comprehensive consultation to ensure we understand and capture your unique specifications.
  • Final Sale Policy: All custom wigs are individually handmade and personalized; therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once your custom order has been placed.
  • Fittings and Adjustments: After your wig is completed, we will schedule a fitting appointment. Minor adjustments aligning with the original consultation are included. Significant alterations beyond the initial agreed-upon design may incur additional charges and extend production time.
  • Order Cancellation: Custom orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellation beyond this period will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.

  • Final Sale Policy: All ready-to-wear wig sales, both online and in-store, are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Pre-purchase Guidance: We encourage customers to discuss fit and suitability with our wig specialists before purchasing a ready-to-wear wig. If you have concerns after receiving your wig, please contact us promptly for personalized guidance and potential solutions.
  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your ready-to-wear wig order before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • No Modifications: Ready-to-wear wigs are sold as-is; no modifications or alterations are available.

Our lace closures, frontals, and wigs require gentle handling and proper maintenance. Adoriya is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, excessive wear, or inadequate cleaning and storage practices.

For repairs or alterations due to regular wear, we recommend consulting with our professional wig designers or your preferred stylist.
