Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. WigMD does not store full credit card or debit card numbers on our systems when payments are processed through third-party checkout providers.

Deposits, Consultations, and Custom Orders

Some WigMD products or services may require:

• Partial payment

For WigMD Artisan Custom orders, processing begins after consultation, fit confirmation, and final order approval.

Artisan Custom processing time depends on the selected Build Path:

• Signature Journey: 8–12 weeks
  Full customization and design guidance.
• Priority Path: 8–10 weeks
  Streamlined customization with a faster production timeline.
• Express Route: 6–8 weeks
  The fastest custom build option while maintaining premium quality.

Deposits, consultation fees, custom order payments, and made-to-order payments may be non-refundable once any of the following has begun:

• Consultation
• Fit confirmation
• Final order approval
• Materials ordering
• Customization
• Production
• Styling
• Processing

Oak by WigMD Payments

Oak by WigMD pieces are made-to-order signature styles with limited customization.

Oak by WigMD orders are processed within 7–14 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Because Oak by WigMD pieces are made-to-order or prepared according to selected options, cancellations, refunds, and payment reversals may be limited once any of the following has begun:

• Processing
• Styling
• Preparation
• Customization
• Quality review
• Packaging

WigMD Express Payments

WigMD Express and ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Because these orders move quickly, payment cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Sales, Promotions, and Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotions, store credits, gift cards, and special offers must be applied at checkout.

WigMD cannot guarantee that a discount can be applied after an order has been placed.

Discount codes and promotional offers:

• Are non-transferable
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May not be combined with other offers unless stated

Failed, Declined, or Incomplete Payments

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible.
